Site was responsive and now its not

The site was totally responsive in my iPhone and IPad but today its not. On the iPad site not responsive at all and on the iPhone the menu tab just highlights but nothing else happens. I sent you some other threads today but this is really freaking me out.
Please help

    Also not working on the laptop either responsive menu simply not working was working before!

    Try clearing cached change mobile navigation to 1024
    This is the error that comes up when you try and press the mobile menu http://www.fotosuite.com/#

    Oaky fixed it when back again and deactivated all the plugins this was the culpritTwice cooked Recipe Cards
    We let me know if there is a a recipe template that is okay to use with Vantage.

    THE HEADER TEXT IS GOING OVER THE ICON IN RESPONSIVE HOW TO FIX THIS!
