Site Pack doesn’t appear after installation

Good morning!

I installed the Consultant plugin following steps on the website. Installation is complete and succesful. I go check the results in my wordpress and see that there isn’t anything -completely empty website.

Shouldn’t it appear the full pre-built website so that then I can modify the information and done?
How can I solve this? (I have cleared cache and doesn’t solve the problem)

    That’s odd. To clarify, what hosting provider are you using>?

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
