Site Origins Forms
Hi,
I did tests with contact forms. Many fields are recquired, such as name, phone number and email. When I read the email sent from the form, I can’t read name, phone number and email fields.
What happen ? What must I do ?

3Hi, thanks for reaching out.
Can you perhaps clarify the problem a bit. When you mention you can’t read those fields, do you mean that certain data from the form isn’t being included in the email?
In my form for contac, I included First Name, Last Name, Organization, function, e-mail, Phone number, postal address, city, country and message. All are recquired.
The message is directed to an existing e-mail.
I made tests.
Not only some information are not present, also my e-mail can not receive the message.
Thanks for the update. There is an issue open here: https://github.com/siteorigin/so-widgets-bundle/issues/156. The summary of which is “When multiple instances of the field type “name” are used, only the last field will be sent while still having all “name” fields visible on the frontend.”
Please, try adjusting your form to only use Name once. Try using the Text field for the Last Name.
For email deliverability issues, this is common to all forms. Consider changing WordPress to send emails using SMTP.
Using Gmail:

Using your regular email server:

Let me know how both issues go. Thanks :)
