Site Origin Widgets not saving any changes/edits

Hi there

I’m unable to save any changes to to any of the fields in an SO Widget (e.g. Site Origin Editor)

If I make an edit to the content in the text field for the Site Origin Editor widget for example.

I click “Done” and if I click “edit” again on the widget then edit is still there.

However when I click “Update” to save the changes to the page, when I go back and edit the widget again, the changes haven’t saved and I get a warning that says:

“There is There is a newer version of this widget’s content available. Restore/ Dismiss
Clicking Restore will replace the current widget contents. You can revert by refreshing the page before updating.”

I’m aware there are similar threads on this forum, but I’ve already followed the advice they offer and have deactivated all other plugins and reverted to a standard WordPress theme.

I’m using the WordPress v4.9.4 on the standard WordPress Twenty Seventeen theme.

Page Builder by SiteOrigin Version 2.6.3

SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle Version 1.11.6

I have deactivated all plugins except Page Builder, and the SO Widgets Bundle – am I’m still having this saving issue with the widgets.

Could it be something to do with server-side caching?

Any help or advice greatly appreciated.

    Hi Dan,

    Thanks. Unfortunately, I’m unable to replicate this issue on a test page. Can you please clarify what page that screenshot was taken on? Also, does this issue only happen with the Full Width Text widget? Are you able to replicate this issue in another browser or on another computer?
