Hello,
I am having an incompatibility issue between the ‘site origins widget bundle’ and woocommerce.
When the plug in is active – the dashboard side of woocommerce does not work properly. Its all jumbled and does not load.
Then when I deactivate it… woocommerce loads and works properly but then all the products and page builder work on my public homepage disappear.
I am following along with the eshopmarketer “build a website in a weekend” program and its working great for the teacher… but not for me.
Is there anything I can do to get them working together?
Thank you for your help
melanie
Hi melanie,
I can’t seem to replciate this issue. Can you please send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload them to a third party image hosting site like vgy.me or imgur.
Also, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins (leave WooCommerce activate) and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
Thank you for your reply.
I have followed your directions to now avail.
Here is the screenshot of the jumbled page: https://vgy.me/rDCVZE
I disabled all my plugins – and woocommerce appears clear and usable. Then I cleared all my cache. then started re-actvating plug ins one at a time and its definitely the Widgets Bundle causing the jumble.
I swapped to a different theme and still had the same error. Tried that twice.
I am at a loss. Hope you can help save the day. Thank you for your time and efforts.
Hi Melanie,
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

I have set up the new user.
I have created this site through Wealthy Affiliate. I have also contacted their site support to try to find a resolution and they simply said to remove the widgets bundle … but I have built my entire homepage around it. So i am hoping there is another solution that would still allow me to use this combo.
Also, I am following along with a pre-recorded website building tutorial class. And the teacher is going along just fine with this same combo of plug ins and theme with no problems.
Hi Melanie,
Are you able to replicate this issue in a different browser? I ask as this appears to be an ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING error. I’m able to load the page without issue using a browser other than Chrome so I just want to confirm if it’s the same for you.
I would recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they have any ideas why this may be happening.
GASP!!!
Thank you thank you thank you!
YES! It all works fine in another browser! You are a genius! I could just cry right now I am so happy that I can keep moving forward and do not have to start all over.
You SAVED THE DAY!!! Actually you saved my store, I might have given up instead of starting over. I wish I could send you cupcakes!
I will send them this interaction and ask for their resolution.
Thank you thank you a zillions times.
