After extensive testing, including using only the widget bundle plugin and the site origin page builder…
I have determined that some change to the widget bundle is causing some dashboard pages to display a white page with layers of text only. JavaScript and CSS seem to break.
Please advise.

Thanks for letting us know the troubleshooting steps taken so far. When testing with only Page Builder and Widgets Bundle did you also switch over to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen to rule that out?
We are using Perth Pro, and the only part of the site that is affected by the issue is the backend. There seem to be no frontend issues for our users, that would suggest the theme be at fault.

The goal is to establish a working baseline, when we don’t know what the issue is, that usually involves stripping everything possible away to see if a baseline can be established. It’s usually really quick so when you have a moment, please, deactivate all non-SiteOrigin plugins in one go and switch to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen to see if the issue persists. If you’re using a caching plugin, be sure to clear it before deactivating.
I’ll ask Alex here at SiteOrigin if he has any ideas but the above is an important test to see if a working baseline can be established.
In addition to the above test, if you’re using Cloudflare, please try temporarily deactivating Rocket Loader.
