Site Origin Tabs widget -unable to edit

Hi,
After an update last week I am unable to insert content in tabs.
Here what I tried up to now, but not working.
– deactivated and activated the widget
– Refreshed a few times
– Inserted in a new post, already existing layout.

Could you tell me what might be the reason?
Thank you

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Karves,

Can you please elaborate on what happens when you try and add content to your tabs? Does it not save? Does it not appear in the tabs when you view it on your website?

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at your tabs?

The content is not active at all. I am able to edit only the title. Also able to add media. It does appear on my website with all the titles.
This is the newly created – http://1001idea.eu/2019/03/25/websites-with-downloadable-e-books-for-free-kids/
Here you can find all tabs.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Karves,

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

You can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

If that doesn’t help, can you please show me a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you open the SiteOrigin Tabs widget and try and add content? Does this issue also affect the SiteOrigin Editor widget? Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload your screenshot ot a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.

    Hi Karves,

Awesome! It’s great to hear you were able to find the conflicting plugin! :)
