Hi Pekkie
Apologies for the hassle. If you were using one image added to the foreground field, then, please, try moving it to the background field, that should resolve.
If you were using a background and foreground image then there is a problem. We’ve just discovered it. We’ll push an update to the plugin to resolve ASAP. You can indeed roll back by downloading the last version here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/developers/
Downgrading involves deleting the current version and then installing the last version from Appearance > Themes > Add New: Upload Theme. When you see 1.4.4 being offered at Dashboard > Updates you can update again.
The issue that might come up when you have ONLY a foreground image added is by design. We needed to get the widget on the right track and that was the best way. The issue with no slider appearing when foreground and background images are added is a bug.
Issue located. We’re pushing the new version shortly. Thanks for reporting.
the issue appeared with only foreground images loaded, yet did not resovle when the same backgroundimage was added, had to delete everything. no slider would show a thing, and gave empty spaces at a certain line cause the left slider showed the 3s looping video as it should.
can’t exactly set it on “draft” or save a certain slider, would be handy for copying a whole setup to another page too.
Also, deleting the sliders resolved another issue:
the slider problem caused contact form 7 to not display the “your essage has been sent” notification after clicking send on the form. just so u guys know.
i use a storefront with a normal childtheme btw
Thanks for the update. Let us know how things look after you’ve updated. We’ll push the fix shortly.
