    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Artvaz

    Have you tried clearing WP Super Cache after making the change?

    Yes, if you take a look on the page “http://qpuntto.com/tolucaymetepec/”, you will see that there is no slider, but if you take a look on the following code, which is the code on the text editor on that page, you will see that that code correspond to the slider:

     <ul class="sow-slider-images" data-settings="{"pagination":true,"speed":"800","timeout":"4000"}">
    					<li class="sow-slider-image sow-slider-image-cover" style="">

    							<a href="http://qpuntto.com/tolucaymetepec/cafes/cliente1-3/"><img width="1150" height="351" src="http://qpuntto.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/vive_la_experiancia.jpg" class="attachment-full" alt="vive_la_experiancia"></a>

    								</li>
    						<li class="sow-slider-image sow-slider-image-cover" style="">

    							<a href="http://qpuntto.com/tolucaymetepec/bares/melbourne-pub-culture/"><img width="1016" height="309" src="http://qpuntto.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/melbourneSP.png" class="attachment-full" alt="melbourneSP"></a>

    								</li>
    						<li class="sow-slider-image sow-slider-image-cover" style="">

    							<img width="1150" height="350" src="http://qpuntto.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/crecimiento1.jpg" class="attachment-full" alt="crecimiento">

    								</li>
    						<li class="sow-slider-image sow-slider-image-cover" style="">

    							<img width="1150" height="350" src="http://qpuntto.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/bus.jpg" class="attachment-full" alt="bus">

    						<li class="sow-slider-image sow-slider-image-cover" style="">

    					<li><a href="#" data-goto="3">4</a></li>
    					<li><a href="#" data-goto="4">5</a></li>

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks, I see it. Is there perhaps a conflict with the other widgets in use on this page? Can you temporarily de-activate Kiwi Logo Carousel and see if there is any change?

    I’m having the same issue– I have the slider on a bunch of my pages and about a week ago they just stopped working. I’ve tried deleting the widget and re-adding it but it just shows up as a white space.

    Thats right about a week ago it is a recent issue because.it was working even with the kiwi logo carousel

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks for the feedback and apologies for the hassle.

    Please can you try a plugin conflict test. Run all pending updates at Dashboard > Updates. If needs be, put your site into maintenance mode using WP Maintenance Mode: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-maintenance-mode/. Then de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins. Re-test the problem. Let us know how that goes.

    look this is what happended:

    First I decided to see, if placing just the slider alone in a new page, it would be shown——- that didnt happend (not showed)

    Second I made what you said, deactivate all non-siteorigin plugins——– that worked, but everything on the page-of course-was in disorder

    So what should I do, test one by one plugin????, does this first and second things that I did, give you and idea or any clue of what plugin may be causing this problem????

    I discover which plugin is the one that makes the problem happen, it is the Jetpack by WordPress.com plugin, what do you recon is happening???, do you thing is something in the Editor CSS???

    Hi, I Work Here

    Are you able to work out which Jetpack module is causing the problem? If you think Custom CSS is an issue, remove all of it and re-test.
