Site Origin Slider has disappeared.

I installed the Site Origin Slider when SA Sliders was not working properly – all of maybe 20-30 minutes ago. When I published the site, the site origin slider completely disappeared from the page. Even when I have gone to preview it, nothing appears.

I have tried a baseline test to check for plugin conflicts and have emptied my cache – but still no luck. Public link is here.

To add a layer of complexity – it works in Safari and on Google Chrome on my mobile. Just not on Google Chrome desktop. I’ve cleared the cache and reset all chrome settings to see if that helps but it hasn’t.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Joseph

In Safari and Chrome, the slider eventually appears. That doesn’t seem to be the case in Brave and Firefox.

When able, please, try to eliminate the theme and plugins as a possible cause of the issue. Here is what you could try:

    * Use a maintenance mode plugin. Put the site into maintenance mode during a low traffic time of the day.
    * Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for:
    – The maintenance mode plugin.
    – The SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle.
    – Page Builder by SiteOrigin.
    * Temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.

Does the issue persist in the above state?

    Hi Andrew,

I tried a baseline test, the slider never appears on Chrome. When I switched to Twenty Nineteen, it was the same issue. However, when I switched back to the Create theme and reactivated all plugins, the slider appeared on load twice – but on the third load onwards it has been the same issue and hasn't appeared.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks. Does the issue persist if you create a testing page and add only a Slider Widget?

Yes unfortunately it does. Link here.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for trying. I can see the issue, I’m not sure of the cause. Does an issue persist on the test page if you insert the slider plugin that was previously in use but do so without using Page Builder?
