Site Origin Price Table – NonResponsive/Mobile Friendly

Hey der,

Recently created a pricing table for my business site at www.jrkfinancial.com/pricing while it looks good on a desktop it doesn’t seem to render like expected on a mobile device.

Any ideas on if this is even possible to make mobile friendly?

    Hi Jason,

Your price table looks odd on desktop also. Would it be possible for you to send me an export for this widget so I can take a look at your settings? To do this open up the page with the widget and click layout in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jason,

Thanks. Okay so I’ve run a few tests with the provided layout and I can’t seem to replicate any of the issues with the price table I previously saw on your webiste locally. Are you using the most recent version of the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle?

    I am using Version: 1.11.7

The mobile view of our table has improved but continues to not render as expected. We expected the 4 columns to still be side by side in mobile viewing.

Here is the page with our Table: https://www.jrkfinancial.com/service-options/

Here is the desktop experience on screenshot video: https://www.screencast.com/t/BlahE6nNcir

I checked the settings of the SiteOrigin Price Table, including Attributes, Layout, Design, Animations, Animation and didn’t find anything obvious to change.

Maybe since we have 4 columns that it cannot render?

    Any ideas?

    Hi Jason,

Unfortunately, I’m being blocked by Wordfence on your website. Are you blocking Australian users? IF so, can you please temporarily unblock them so I can inspect the markup of your page?

Regarding the showcased issue in the screencast, that’s actually rendering as intended. If you would like for each column to be the same height, you’ll need to ensure they have the exact same number of items added or they’ll appear as it currently appears.

Alex – thanks for your reply.

I have unblocked Australia! You should be able to visit my site now http://www.jrkfinancial.com

The issue is NOT the height of the columns, it's the layout when viewing portrait mode.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jason,

Ah, I understand. We can’t automatically know that you want to repeat the first column If you would like for that to be repeated, you’ll need to repeat the columns to allow for the columns to appear on mobile in the manner you’re after.

Regardless, I’ve marked this thread as a feature request to automatically do this. We often look through these threads to get ideas for what to add in our future updates. Hopefully, we’ll be able to add this in a future update.
