Hi everyone,
On my admin dashboard, Plugins button only shows me SiteOrigin Widgets, I’m wondering how can I add WordPress plugins? I thing that maybe SiteOrigin blocked that option for administrators. So how can I fix that?
Thanks for help

6Hi Ivan
Thanks for reaching out.
We definitely haven’t blocked the installation of plugins. If you’d like to send a screenshot of the issue as you’re seeing it, you can upload to imgur.com or similar and send us the link.
If you’re using a multi-site installation you’ll need to go to My SitesNetwork AdminPlugins to install plugins. This is the standard behavior of multi-site installations.
Hi Andrew
Thank you for response, here is screenshot of dashboard https://imgur.com/7eZwpHC
Thanks for the screenshot. Is this a multi-site installation?
I think so, I checked wp config file and this is screenshot https://imgur.com/hooE9u4 , but I cannot access to the My Sites – Network Admin-Plugins here is screenshot of that issue https://imgur.com/Wf8QoYN.
Thanks for your feedback and screenshots.
As far as I’m aware, SiteOrigin isn’t involved in this issue. The Widgets Bundle just happens to add a menu item under Plugins. If you remove all SiteOrigin plugins, the issue would persist. The Widgets Bundle is just adding a menu item under the Plugins heading, it isn’t doing anything else.
I don’t work much with multi-installs but it looks like you’re using a path based multi-site installation https://wordpress.org/support/article/multisite-network-administration/#switching-network-types.
