Site Origin Plugins / WordPress plugins

Hi everyone, On my admin dashboard, Plugins button only shows me SiteOrigin Widgets, I’m wondering how can I add WordPress plugins? I thing that maybe SiteOrigin blocked that option for administrators. So how can I fix that? Thanks for help
