site origin Pagebuilder is not working- Not able to edit anything

Hello,

We migrated our website from third party to different hosting, after transferring host, we set up code & db, site is up, but site origin used pages are not getting displayed properly. Tried to edit the code, I’m a new user and I’m experiencing the issue, the “Page Builder” tab is missing from my posts, pages and others.

I’ve checked both things: I’m using the plugin “Page Builder by SiteOrigin” and “Pages” is checked for the “Post Types” setting. Other settings are by default.

I’ve also disabled and uninstalled other similar plugins that may interfere with yours.

My latest version of WP is 5.5.3, tried downgrading the wp version, NO Luck.

Any ideas?

    Hi Lakshmi

    Thanks for reaching out.

Was the database migrated using a method that supports serialized data? Duplicator or All-in-One WP Migration are some of the plugins that support serialized data. Better Search Replace does too if you’re changing strings in the database.

    Hello Andrew,

    Thanks for your response.
Database imported by .sql file in new hosted server. evrything works fine completely except siteorigin pagebuilder used pages.

If i deactive the plugin – siteorigin plugin, it shows like below,

    Lakshmi Priya
    Business Development Manager
    Mobile : xxxxxxxxx

If i activate the plugin, this content is not shown in the page, only the images paced above this text is shown.

Actually, the page should display with image and about the person .
    Any help on this?

    Thanks.

Was a search and replace operation done on the database once it was migrated? More on the topic here https://deliciousbrains.com/wp-migrate-db-pro/doc/serialized-data/.

When URLs are present in widget data, a simple find and replace on an exported SQL file would corrupt the serialization and after importing that SQL file, the widgets no longer show up.
