Site Origin Page Builder – Update returns page not found

Hi

Please can someone assist. I am trying to update a website and use Vantage theme with SiteOrigin page builder and widgets bundle.

For some reason when i click update after changes to page are made i get redirected to https://mydomain.co.za/wp-admin/post.php
(PAGE NOT FOUND)

This is preventing me from updating the website. It works if i disable the page builder plugin, but obviously my layout is then lost.

Any ideas?

    Hi Donovan,

    Typically when this sort of issue happens it’s as a result of something blocking the request. Please reach out to your hosting provider and ask if mod_security (or an equivalent) is activated on your website. If it is, are you getting blocked by it? You may need to provide your hosting provider with an account so they can find the exact rule that’s causing this false positive.
