I submitted this a couple days ago but it’s yet to be approved. Really need some help as the plug in has broken the site and doesn’t let us update. I’ve seen other posts about this and tried the solutions like trying to get the hosting company to disable mod_security, but they said they can’t and that isn’t anything that would cause this anyway.
any chance of getting a plugin update asap? Or some other solution? Please? Client is pretty upset.

It took us a while to find this, but after investigating, we found that the Create Theme with the bundled PageBuilder plugin has broken the preview functionality and prevents changes from being displayed on the front end of the site (Changes save in the admin, but don’t show on the front end.)
We’ve cleared caches, disabled all plugins but page builder, and changed themes and it still is broken. Once we disable page builder, everything works fine. WE do need to find a solution to this asap and hope you have one.

thanks!
Hi Mark,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with Page Builder.
To clarify, are you using the forked (a version based on our code but not actively developed by us) and deprecated version of SiteOrgin Page Builder bundled with older versions of Create? If so, that’s likely what’s causing this problem. That very is very old and shouldn’t be used. Please (if able) update Create (latest version is 1.1.8 (Nov 2, 2016)) and replace SiteOrigin Page Builder and the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle with the WordPress.org versions. Does this issue still occur for you?
