Site Origin Page builder breaks Yith WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter

Hi there,

Thanks for a wonderful plugin that helps us customise WP pages!

We have been using this plugin for quite a while, as well as Yith Ajax Product Filter (free version). The latest update breaks Ajax Product Filter functionality when Page Builder by SiteOrigin is enabled. Filtering does not work. We have also tested this with default Twenty Twelve theme. Our site uses the following modules:

WP 4.8
Woocommerce 3.0.9
YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter 3.4.2
Page Builder by SiteOrigin 2.5.6

We would be really grateful if you checked this.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Popelix,

Unfortunately, I can’t seem to replicate the described issue. Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at your test site?

I would recommend testing the older updates of YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter to check if this issue was introduced in a recent update.

    Thanks for the reply Alex,

It worked just fine with YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter v. 3.1.2 After the recent update to v. 3.4.2, it breaks. I have set up a testbed with the broken plugin setup but it is not public (I could provide credentials if needed). I cannot upgrade the live site for obvious reasons so I keep it with the latest Page builder and the older, working version of Product Filter plugin.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Popelix,

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account (on your test site) for us so we can log in and take a look?

We have an admin account for support purposes. How can I provide this information privately? Thanks in advance!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Popelix,

This is account is on your test website, correct? If so, can I make a few setting changes?

Yes, you may proceed with the setting changes, as long as Restricted Site Access plugin always stays active.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Popelix,

Please try the latest update of the plugin to see if that helps.

    Hi,

I installed the latest update of the Page Builder but the problem was not fixed. When I made tests in combination with the YITH code addition in functions.php (please see link above), it works as it should.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Popelix,

Oh sorry. After I replied we released an update (I wasn’t aware we were going to release one yesterday). By try the latest update I was actually referring to the recent update for Yith WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter. Can you please remove the PHP and try updating that plugin to see if works now?

Sorry for the late reply. After installing the latest Yith WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter, everything seems to work as designed. Thanks for the support!
