    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Shazran,

Do you happen to use a Theme Trust or a Think Up Theme? Both use forks (a version based on our code but not actively developed by us) so if you are, we’re unable to help you due to the version differences. We recommend contacting your theme developer directory.

If this isn’t the case please ensure you’re using the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder, and if you are, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    Hi Shazran,

So the issue here is that you need to update SiteOrigin Page Builder and the SiteOrigin Widgets bundle prior to updating. This is due to a compatibility fix for WordPress 4.5 in a newer version of both plugins.

You’ve really got nothing to worry about if you update as you’re running backups. The worst that’ll happen is you have to restore a previous backup.
