    Thanks for posting.

    Please, try the following:

    1. Run all available updates at DashboardUpdates. If you aren’t upgrading to WP 5+ then don’t upgrade the core.

    2. If you have a caching plugin/s, please clear it and then temporarily deactivate all non-SiteOrigin plugins. Does the saving issue persist at this point?
