Site Origin Image Grid No Longer Working

Dear Site Builder,

I have read through many of the threads on this topic. I am using the Sydney theme. I had successfully created an image grid on my site (www.hersmile.org) but now that grid is missing. Can you please help me. I tried going through the Page Builder tab, clicking on Prebuilt Layouts Button, Import/Export link, etc. but that did not work. I really do not want to have to rebuild all that I already built by uninstalling and reinstalling. I thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Dena,

It looks like you’ve got a JavaScript issue on your front page. I suspect this may be causing issues with the image grid. Could you please try a plugin conflict test.

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If the above doesn’t help, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

If none of the above helps, could you please send me an export for this widget? To do this open up the page with the widget, and click prebuilt. Then click import / export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io. This export will allow me to check your widgets. It will not automatically correct any issues.

    Dear Alex,
I finally took the time to follow the instructions you outlined below and determined that the problem lies with my Page Builder Site Origin Plugin.  Would you happen to be able to advise what step I should take next.
I sincerely thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi DenaB,

Could you do me a favour and switch themes temporarily to a default theme? I want to see if the issue remains when you change theme.

To clarify, I can assure you that this definitely should be working and I’m unable to replicate any issues with it in the latest versions. :(

    Hello Alex,
Thank you for your follow-up email.  I was able to find the problem by following your suggested steps with deactivating my plugins.  The source of my issues appears to be with the Page Builder by SiteOrigin.  Right now….everything is working though.
    Thank you, Dena Bettiwww.hersmile.orgContact #:  925-408-3683
