I’ve been reading the other threads on this issue so I realize it has something to do with the z-index. I am not a developer so I’m not sure what code I should use to fix this.

This will be fixed in the next update – sorry about this!
You can fix this with some custom CSS. If you navigate to AppearanceCustom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Add the following CSS:
#masthead .sticky-bar { z-index: 100; }You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.
