site origin hero image not showing on home page

Hi

I have a WordPress site which has been happily showing the hero image on the homepage but which is now not showing, I’m guessing since the WordPress update. I have disabled the few plugins I had so it is just site origin activated and have cleared my cache and have also tried other browsers including my phone but the image still doesn’t show. I use site origin hero images on each page and they are all working fine, any ideas as I am stumped!

    Hi Allcreatures,

    Hm. There’s a JavaScript error present on the linked page and it seems to be connected to the page. Does temporarily changing theme help?

    Hi, yes I changed it to a basic wordpress theme and the images showed but as soon as I go back to Petshop Pro the images are gone again? How do resolve a javascript error?

    Hi Allcreatures,

    Unfortunately, that suggests a general theme issue. I would recommend reaching out to the theme developers about this issue and they should be able to correct/fix the issue.

    Thank you, I found the fault on web tools but starting buildimg a new page with same info which is working fine so might just delete that page!
