Hi there,

I am in the process of developing my wordpress website and have the process has been quite smooth until I attempted to create my contact page. When I added the Site Origin Google Map, it is not showing the actual map when the page is refreshed. I have checked the plugin bundle to ensure it is in place, and selected static to see if this would improve things, but to no avail. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    Hi Schula,

    Google Maps now requires an API key to be used. To create an API key please navigate to either navigate to this page for a dynamic map or this page for a static map.

    Once you’ve generated the API, simply add it to your Google Maps widget.

    If adding an API key doesn’t help, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
