This problem seems to have started three years ago and seems to need to get resolved in every version of wordpress… 3yrs back as in this thread: https://siteorigin.com/thread/visual-editor-not-working-with-page-builder/ any chance of integrating tinymce or resolving this permanently?

There are no conflicting plugins as I have turned them all off and on (one by one in following Mr. Misplon’s advice)

On this incident however, the issue at hand is SiteOrigin Editor… Same problems again: Site Origin Editor will work great on a page/post… but alas, never when embeded as a widget in PageBuilder. I have multiple licenses for the Vantage theme (which both my clients and I love),,, however everyone is ringing my phone off the hook as they can’t edit their sites! PLEASE help.

I have already followed Mr. Andrew Misplon’s advice to turn off all other plugins and turn them back on (one by one)… still: no go.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

We have since resolved this issue as it was the Jetpack PLugin… the culprit of the conflict.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Garabed,

I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been having.

any chance of integrating tinymce or resolving this permanently?

At the time of our previous posts we didn’t have a widget for this but since then we’ve released the SiteOrigin Editor widget. The SiteOrigin Editor widget is directly integrated with the WordPress Editor JS API – which is TinyMCE

I suspect the issue you’re having is related to the new Jetpack Contact Form UI which has known to cause a number of issues with other plugins. So many so one of the developers has released a temporary workaround plugin here. Please install it to see if it helps by navigating to WP AdminPluginsAdd New and click Upload Plugin, upload/activate this file. Does that help and allow you to use Jetpack at the same time?

By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on your Page: Dashboard (please refer to the support tab).
