Site Origin Editor failure after updating plug ins and theme

I’ve been working with Page Builder and the Visual Editor on my site. After updating the theme (Create from ThemeTrust) all content of the visual editor disappeared. Only the the text editor still works.
All plug ins are updated but the failure still occures.
Any tips?
Thanks in advanced
Jeannette

I have also checked in profile if user is not allowed to use the visual editor. It’s not ticked so that’s not the problem.
    Please help!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jeannette,

I suspect you’re using an old (and unsupported) version of SiteOrigin Page Builder specific to the Create theme. What version of SiteOrigin Page Builder are you using? For reference, the latest version is 2.5.13.

    Hi Jeannette,

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jeannette,

Unfortunately, I can’t replicate this issue. To clarify, is there a specific SiteOrigin Editor you’re having issues with or is it all of them? Please navigate to WP AdminUsersYour Profile and ensure Visual Editor is unticked.

If that doesn’t help, can you show me a screenshot of what you see? You’ll need to upload the screenshot to a third party image hosting site (such as Imgur or vgy.me) as we currently don’t allow for attachments.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jeannette,

Unfortunately, the visual tab works for me. Are you able to replicate this issue in another browser and if so, on another computer?

I have always been working with Firefox. Until the problem occured.
Just tested Google Chrome and the visual tab works there indeed! Very happy about that, so finally I can continue working again. Thanks for your help.
(Still wondering waht the problem with FireFox could be though …)

    Kind regards
    Jeannette

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jeannette,

I suspect you have a Browser Extension causing you issues. I would recommend disabling them temporarily to see if that helps.
