Hi together,
updated to version 1.15.3 and can’t open the editor anymore. This error message appears.

“Unknown error. Failed to load the form. Please check your internet connection, contact your web site administrator, or try again later.”

Does anyone have any idea the problem? Manx THK in advance, Achim

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Achim,

Unfortunately, I can’t seem to replicate this message. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Hi Alex,
thanks, that was a good tip. If we use the plugin “Google Invisible reCaptcha for WordPress. Version 1.2.2 | From Mihai Chelaru” disable, the problem is fixed. But then we didn’t give any reCaptcha with it.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Achim,

Unfortunately, I can’t seem to replicate this issue with that plugin. To confirm, does this issue occur when all non-SiteOrigin plugins are deactivated except for Google Invisible reCaptcha for WordPress and a default WordPress theme is being used?

    Hello Alex,
I am using the StructurePress theme from ProteusThemes. I only disabled Invisible reCaptcha and fixed the bug.
Will now downgrade again to the version Invisible reCaptcha 1.2.1 from March 2018. Hope it works :-)
Many Thanks for your Help! Great.
    Kind regards Achim

    Hello Alex,
after the installation of version 1.2.1 of “Google Invisible reCaptcha by Mihai Chelaru” everything is running perfectly again. The new version 1.2.2 seems to have a bug.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Achim,

Great to hear you managed to find the cause. I would recommend reporting this issue to the developers of Google Invisible reCaptcha and they’ll likely fix this issue in the next update.
