Site Origin disabling on its own

6 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 6 years ago

The title says it all. I’ve been experiencing some troubles with a website where the page builder keeps disabling all by itself when updates happen on my hosting plan (they try to update the account to a newer version of php). Also, after verification, I discovered that the widget bundle wasn’t compatible with php 7.1

Please anyone knows this issue?

    Hi :)

    Thanks for reaching out.

I’m, unfortunately, not sure why Page Builder would be deactivating. Have you perhaps considered asking your hosts to disable auto-updates and rather update manually?

With regards to the warnings, please, see the reply from Alex here: Thread: SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle 1.14.1 Incompatible with PHP 7.2.
