Site Origin Button – Destination Url not working

Hi
I use WordPress and have “SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle” installed on 3 similar sites (3 different Sites with same purpose).
Everything have been working perfect for several years.

But suddenly the links in all buttons have disappeared. And when I write/paste the links into the Destination URL-fields, the fields become blank when I “SAVE”. Everything looks fine on the pages, but ofcourse the links bring you nowhere.

Strangely this only happens on 1 of my Sites. The 2 other sites still works perfect.

Please help me …. someone. I’m stuck.

Kind regards
John

Forgot to write, that I have tried to deactivate all other plug-ins.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi John

    Thanks for reaching out.

Please, try extending the plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all non-SiteOrigin plugins and temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen. Does the issue resolve in that state?

    Hi Andrew

    Thanks for your answer.

Twenty Nineteen now active (instead of Eleven40 Pro (Genesis)).
All Plug-ins deactivated (not SiteOrigin Packet + CSS).

I can now update the Destination URL in my buttons.

    Thank you for that.
I guess I now must activate 1 plug-in at a time, to find out which plug-in is destroying my SiteOrigin-button ?

Do you have a guess on how it can be, that the same thing (whatever it show up to be) is not conflicting in my exact similar 2 Sites ?

Anyway, thank you a lot Andrew, for showing me the way out of my missery.

    Kind regards
    John

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi John

    That’s progress!

Please, start with your theme, when reactivating your theme, does the issue persist?

When the issue occurs you can try checking the browser console https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. Errors will be displayed in red text. If you hover over the file name on the right of the error the file path will be displayed.

    Hi Andrew

I found the problem. A specific plug-in. Using another plug-in now, and everything is ok.

    Thanks a lot.
