Hello,
one of my colleagues used the button widget in the footer area of a site. whenever he tries this, the site crashes. Inside a page it works very well. Any idea?
On the Screen I get just a “0”.

Hi Daniel,
The provided error log contains warnings so none of them are able to actually result in your website crashing so I’m not too sure if they’re related, but they definitely shouldn’t be happening regardless. The errors don’t really align always align with valid code (some of them point to PHP comments which aren’t processed by PHP) so I suspect you either have an old version of the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle or an out of date version. Can you please navigate to WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins and deactivate the SiteOrgin Widgets Bundle, then delete it. Click Add New and search for and install the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle.
Does that help? If not, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

thanks for the reply. My version was 1.11.4 on PHP 7.1. Everything was uptodate. I’ll try it again.
