Site Origin builder causes Error 500

Hello,

I am running WordPress 4.6.13.
Since I updated Page Builder to 2.10.2, my website gives Error 500.

I disabled and then re-enabled all my plugins one by one to diagnose which plugin is causing the issue. It’s Site Origin Builder 2.10.2 …

I disabled the plugin to get my website back but I cannot edit pages anymore and all the content I’ve edited with Page Builder and the SiteOrigin widgets are displaying incorrectly now.

Could you please help me to fixe the issue?

Thank you,

Laura

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Laura

To complete the plugin conflict test, deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder. In this state, the 500 error shouldn’t occur. If it does not, reactivate your plugins one by one, when the 500 starts again, you would have found the plugin that’s conflicting with Page Builder.

500 errors can also be caused by a lack of PHP memory, to check your usage and max limit, install: https://wordpress.org/plugins/server-ip-memory-usage/.

You can also enable WP_DEBUG in your WordPress wp-config.php file. The 500 error should then provide more detail when it occurs. https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

Finally, you could also check your host’s documentation, locate your PHP error log and see what errors are being added. Normally though, the first test I mentioned above should help you find the conflict, assuming a conflict is occurring.
