Site Orgin Short code displayed while trying to edit using Elementor

5 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 5 years ago

I’m running the latest WP version and using the QreativeThemes Physical therapy theme. I’ve installed all required plugins including SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle and have them enabled

When I go to edit a section using elementor. The following site orgin short codes pop up in the text editor.

We offer various Physio Disciplines
We are proud to offer a wide range of comprehensive services to meet the needs of adults, seniors, and pediatric patients. Our team of professional caregivers specialize in providing personalized medical care, rehabilitative therapy and companion assistance.

[siteorigin_widget class="QT_Feature_Page"][/siteorigin_widget]
[siteorigin_widget class="QT_Feature_Page"][/siteorigin_widget]
[siteorigin_widget class="QT_Feature_Page"]

How do you fix this? There’s gotta be an easier way to edit sections in the page.

Any direction is appreciated.

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

Page Builder content can’t be edited in Elementor, the same would apply to try to move from Elementor to another Page Builder. If Page Builder by SiteOrigin is activated you should be able to edit the page and instead of clicking the Elementor button, click the Page Builder tab.

Theme support should also be able to lend a hand if you’d like to migrate Page Builders.
