    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi AICSA,

To clarify, are you able to access SiteOrigin Page Builder for posts?

If not, can you please navigate to WP Admin > Plugins > Installed Plugins and ensure Page Builder by SiteOrigin is active. if it’s not, please install it by clicking Add New and searching for Page Builder by SiteOrigin – install the plugin by Greg Priday.

If so, please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the General tab. Is the Pages post type ticked? If not, please tick is. Does that help? If it is, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

I have one more question, Ive created and applied a meta slider (as advised by this site) but it wont appear when i update my page in the preview button.

    Hi AICSA,

I’m not too sure. How are you setting the slider? Through the customizer or page settings? Maybe try the opposite method.

well the only settings i can to get it work are under R.slider however the slides dont shift though

    width 1080
    height 420
    auto play is checked
print css and print js are on

    Hi AICSA,

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

    Hi Alex,

we do but ive placed it on maintenance mode for the time being while i build it.

did you want me to deactivate it so you can view it?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi AICSA,

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? This will allow us to bypass the maintenance gate without you having to disable it.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi AICSA,

It looks like WP Super Minify (I’ve temporarily disabled it to verify this) is causing issues with the meta slider at the top. Not too sure what’s happening with the second meta slider but I would highly recommend running another plugin conflict test for this issue.
