Site Builder Doubles Slider Page Options on Full Frame Theme

On the site above activating the Site Builder by SiteOrigin widget on the home page doubles the number of page options on the slider. When clicking the extra options the slider breaks. If there’s no page builder widgets on the home page there’s no issue with the slider. Suggestions?

    Hi HTMLGhozt,

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi HTMLGhozt

Just had a look at your website, which looks great by the way, this looks like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

Thank you Alex, the slider as previously mentioned is a theme slider. I’ve disabled all other plug-ins multiple times to see if I could find the conflict myself. It seems site-origins conflicts with the theme slider (as I can disable site-origin to fix the issue, bit disabling all other plugins still causes an issue.)

It’s defiantly theme related, and nit a site origins theme. Would I need to contact theme creators to fix the issue?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi HTMLGhozt,

I’m sorry for the misunderstanding – I was under the impression it was a page builder widget. You would likely get better support for this issue from your theme developer however I can still help you with fixing the issue. However, I’m unable to promise that I’ll be able to fix the issue. Would you like my to help you with this issue still? If not, is there anything else I can help you with today?

It is the page builder widget that causes the theme slider to double the tabs. Yes, I would still like your assistance if at all possible.

    Hi HTMLGhozt,

Absolutely. Can you try disabling all SiteOrigin plugins to see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

Disabling the page builder plug in stops the issue.

But I would like to continue using the plug-in if possible.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi HTMLGhozt,

You can found the issue posted here. To fix this issue in the mean time, blank either wp-content/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/js/jquery.cycle.min.js, or wp-content/themes/full-frame/js/jquery.cycle/jquery.cycle2.min.js. Please make sure only to blank one file.

    Clearing cycle.min.js fixed it.
