Site broken since update wp5.5

Site updated today to WP5.5
All Site origin page builder pages only showing Shortcodes when editing pages no pagebuilder tab available only visual and Text.
Widget boxes and layout boxes are missing.

    Forgot to say front end with the exception of a few widgets appear to function and show layout correctly.

    (Resolved) Maintenance Mode Plugin was causing issue deactivated it and all was OK. Plugin provider has been notified of the issue.
