Simple Column not working: PageBuilder (ThinkUpThemes compatible)

Hi
I have a simple ThinkUpThemes; Pro-COnsulting Theme, very few plugins.
When I tried PageBuilder with a couple of rows each with 3 columns it worked fine.
During edit some of the items were put underneath each other i.e. columns not enforced.
I found that this is only when pages are Private?
I have cleared cache.
Any advice?

    PageBuilder (ThinkUpThemes compatible) is a fork of Page Builder by SiteOrigin. It would be best to reach out to Think Up Themes for assistance. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer support on forked versions of Page Builder.
