Sidebar on Blog Archive page

Hello,

I’m having my first experience with Vantage, Page Builder and WordPress. Nice tools!

In an earlier post, I saw people recommending Woo Sidebar to allow more selective sidebar positioning. Everything is working great except that I can’t get a sidebar on the Blog archive (or summary) page. I only want the sidebar on the Blog page (called from the menu) and Blog posts (and that is working), but no others. I’m assuming I’m missing something simple. The Blog Page is set to the default layout.

Thanks for your help.

    Hi Anotart,

Have you set up WooSidebars correctly? You need to tick, Default “Your Latest Posts” Screen.

You also need to set it to override all posts:

Then you need to navigate to WP Admin > Appearance > Widgets and add the widgets to the created widget area.

Thank you, Alex! I was missing the Default “Your Latest Posts” Screen. Working now —
