Sidebar menu

I show my topmenu as the primary menu in the header, but I would also like to show the submenus at the sidebar. But it shows the whole menu right now.
For example on the page “Praktiske oplysninger” and all this parents subpages, I would like to show these pages/The “praktiske oplysninger-menu”, so you do not need to see the whole menu or click on the top drop down menu. But it has to change the sidebar menu if I choose another page fx “contact”. Please see: http://www.klimfriboernehave-vuggestue.dk/error-test/

Another issue: How can I change the color blue and the orange hover-color on the sidebar menu? I would like the color to be #3B3B3B and the hover/active to be #F7F7F7, can you show me the custom CSS or how to change it?

    To create different menus for different categories/areas of your site.
