Hi SiteOrigin team
I have the premium SO plugins pack, and am trying to have a series of five images displaying without padding. For example
Row 1: 1000 x 1000 px
Row 2: 500 x 500px + 500 x 500 px
Row 3: 500 x 500px + 500 x 500 px
I have tried adjusting row and cell padding, with both the editor wodget and the gallery widget, with no success
I do not wish to re-code any .php
Hi Jay
Thanks for reaching out and for your support, it’s most appreciated.
Kindly, email our premium support desk at [email protected]. We’ll assist there ASAP.
If you haven’t already tried it, perhaps give the Image Grid widget a try. Our upcoming release of the Widgets Bundle includes some small changes that help with the spacing of the Image Grid widget. Ideally, make use of the beta release of the Widgets Bundle update by downloading the ZIP file here. Once the ZIP file is on your desktop you can install it from PluginsAdd NewUpload Plugin, overwriting the existing copy of the Widgets Bundle.
Chat further via email. If you’re keen to give the Image Grid widget a try, please, let us know how it went in the email. The above Widgets Bundle release will improve the spacing consistency.
Cheers Andrew,
I did happen to use the Image Grid widget, but it creates a small vertical padding between the side by side images, which then means the outer edges are not aligned to the larger 2x wide single image above them.
FYI the application I’m attempting is to create an Amazon Enhanced Brand Content style image stack into a WooCommerce product page template, for a more visually engaging product page
I am certainly open to providing feedback on your beta version of the future update. It’s the least I can do, considering the great (free) support received from you and your colleagues in the past, from before I was a paid-up customer.
Thanks again, and I’ll keep you posted by email.
Thanks for the update and support, it’s most appreciated.
The beta release is close to being completed. If you have a test page that shows the issue with the Image Grid, we’d be happy to take a look tomorrow GMT+2 and advise from there. Thanks again.
