Shortcodes Not working

Hi there!
I have used DisplayPosts shortcode on a lot of websites and have never had a problem. No matter what I do, I can’t get it to work with PageBuilder.

Does anyone know the steps involved? Does anyone know if there is documentation on this?

    I’m unable to find a plugin under the name of “DisplayPosts”. Could you please provide a link to somewhere I can get this so I can look into this issue?
