    Thanks for reaching out. You can perhaps try the shortcode in the default Text widget. If it still doesn’t work then unfortunately, it means this plugin’s shortcodes aren’t compatible with Page Builder’s widget areas. If that’s the case then you could consider reaching out to the author and asking them if they could assist with making their plugin compatible.
