Short Code on Mobile Navigation

11 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 11 years ago

Hi

I’ve installed a plugin to allow shortcodes on the navigation but somehow it doesnt work when the site is accessed via a mobile device.

Do advice.

Also, I am on a single Vantage Premium license. Do advise how I could buy the multisite license. :-)

Regards
Pal

    Hi Pal

    Thanks for your support.

The problem here might be that the mobile menu is created by making a copy of the original menu. It sounds like it’s not copying the newly added shortcode created elements. Unfortunately, the only thing I can suggest is perhaps turning off the mobile menu at Appearance > Theme Settings > Navigation. Alternatively you could look at a third-party plugin for the responsive menu and see if that handles this any differently.

If you purchase your next upgrade for $35 we’ll add that to your first order to make $50. Just email us on [email protected] and we’ll mark that second license as multi-site.
