Shopping Cart Ui is strange

Evening,
I was trying to find at a forum any topics related strange UI of a shopping cart but it seems like no one had this issue.
Maybe my config somewhere is different or something is preventing from cart to look nice, or maybe theme is not supporting it. I have no clue why my cart looks so strange.

I am using EDD for my store but looks like a code for a cart UI comes from SiteOrigin.
