Please advise how to set this block as you have in the basic view? Where can I “turn it on”.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    By this block, do you mean the SiteOrigin Layout Block? If so and the SiteOrigin Layout Block is in preview mode, click the pencil icon to edit the block.
