We don’t include any text like this so something external is blocking this request. Are you using Wordfence or something like that? If you are, you should have an option to whitelist this action – it should below the text you mentioned. Please whitelist the action.
If you aren’t using Wordfence or anything similar, I would reach out to your hosting provider for assistance.
