Search icon and back to top icon do not appear

Hello,

The search icon in menu and the display scroll to top button do not apper.
I have selected them in the Appearance/Theme Settings/Navigation but nothing happens.

I have the Vantage Premium theme and the url is digi-med.gr/wp

    Thanks for your support.

    It looks like access to the Vantage font icon files is being restricted. Please can you try de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-test.

    Thanks for the reply. I have de-activated all plugins, as you suggested, but the problem was not solved..

    Is there another way?

    Thanks for the feedback. It’s sounding like the 403 error we’re seeing with the Vantage Web Fonts could be at a hosting level. Please can you find out. Are you perhaps running a Windows IIS server?

    Alternatively, you could look at adding the following to your .htaccess file:

    http://davidwalsh.name/cdn-fonts

    That would involve logging int your server via FTP. Download your .htaccess file from your root folder. Adding the lines David recommends and then re-uploading it.
