When I try and edit any SiteOrigin widget, I am getting the error. Saving the page and re-opening does not remove the error.
This widget has scripts and styles that need to be loaded before you can use it. Please save and reload your current page.
You will only need to do this once.
I am running WP 4.9.1 with Sydney theme.
Plugins: Aksimet, Better Font Awesome, Cookie Law Info, Duplicate Page, Form Maker, Insert Headers and Footers, Jetpack, PageBuilder, Page Links To, Search Engine Visibility, SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle, Smart Slider 3, Sydney Toolbox, Ultimate FAQ, Yoast SEO
All plugins and themes are updated to the latest versions.
I see that there were some threads about this some time ago, but nothing in the past 18 months. Switching all plugins off and turning them on one-by-one will bring down the site for a few hours so I’d like to avoid this.
Does anyone know of any compatibility issues with any of the plugins listed above?
Thanks
David
Hi David,
Unfortunately, no. Although, I must admit that we’re not familiar with all of them.
I would try disabling the smaller (read: less important) plugins to see if that helps and if it doesn’t, then I would recommend creating a backup so you can run a plugin conflict test without it affecting your website. I would recommend using Duplicator to do that.
