Save home page, Static Settings revert to Blog,

I make a change to my home page and save and it keeps it as draft (it’s already been published).

But worse, the Static page reverts to blog and can’t even fix it in standard settings. Why?

Annoying behavior, and NOT a cache issue as we tried it on multiple machines, multiple browsers.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi :)

    Thanks for posting.

Sorry to hear this shortcut has caused you hassle.

The problem is occurring because of the Appearance > Home Page feature in Vantage. If you edit your home page at Appearance > Home and click the save button while the toggle at the top is set to disable, the theme will revert to no static home. To resolve this challenge, either only edit your home page at Pages > Home or enable the Appearance > Home page option. To simplify the situation, editing your home page at Pages > Home would preferable.
