Hi
When I’m editing a text block the buttons in the top corner do not work. I can only reload the page. I have tried deactivatin all plugins, emptying the cache. No fix please help asap.
Hi Damianh,
Hmm. That’s odd. Could you try switching browser? If that doesn’t fix it could you check your browsers console? Please follow this guide on how to access your browser’s console.
Hi Alex,
we have tried changing browsers, deactivating plugins, and dumping caches and also making sure everything is up to date and still no joy. The text block save / cancel buttons in the top right corner do not work (tick & x ) and can only reload page.
please help Asa- as we cannot add any content.
Kind regards

Hi Damianh,
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:
Private Snippet
Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
This is a private message.
That's it set up for you, you should have received an email with the details.

Hi thanks for the quick reply,
If you try to create a new text block on the events page you will see the fault.
Or a toggle group on the events page.
Hi Damianh,
Oh. Okay, I see what’s going on. I’m not actually sure of the name, but that page builder you’re seeing on that page isn’t SiteOrigin Page Builder. It looks to be a bundled page builder in your theme. I would recommend going to your theme developers for advice on this issue.
Sorry I couldn’t be of more help. :( (please delete the user account you created me)
Oh ok, I'm really confused as the plugin is called Page builder by siteorigin?
I clicked on the support tab within the plugin.
Hi Damianh,
You actually have SiteOrigin Page Builder installed but that’s not the plugin you’re having an issue with. Please see the below image. That’s what the SiteOrigin interface looks like. It’s completely different to the one included with your theme.
