After uploading the files to FTP and creating a database for my website, it starts telling me there exists a run-time error.
It happened to my homepage as well, but when I change the “index.php” to capital letters “INDEX.PHP”, it solves the problem. But it doesn’t work for the rest of my pages.
I followed the instructions there and created a web-config file
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <configuration> <system.web> <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="catering/INDEX.PHP/"/> </system.web> </configuration>
It makes all my menu-pages direct to the homepage.
Please help ASAP.
Hi Kollsman Chan
Sorry to hear about the hassle.
This isn’t something I’ve worked on before. I’ve asked for a consult on this tomorrow. I’ll reply as soon as I’ve had a chance to look this over with one of the guys.
Im now trying to work over again. Can I use the old order code to upgrade to premium? or do you need to send me a new one?
You certainly can, your order code is valid for a single production domain. As long as you’re using it on one domain you’re all good to go.
Is this an IIS server? That unfortunately does introduce complications with WordPress. There is a fair bit of info online about WordPress and IIS, (if that’s what you’re running), it’s unfortunately a little beyond our support scope.
