Rows not responsive

I have just updated my site from Clearly to Vantage Premium and now my rows seem to have lost their responsiveness. I have checked the ‘responsive layout’ ticker in the settings. What might I be doing wrong?

    I said rows, but I mean columns… sorry.

    Thanks for reaching out :)

    How about Settings > Page Builder > Layout > Responsive Layout?
